• Network tools (port checks, header fetches, WHOIS, DNS) must only be used against systems you own or are authorized to test.
• You may not use the service to attack, exploit, harass or defraud third parties.

No warranty

All results are provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranty. Geolocation is approximate, detection results are heuristic, and blacklists may be outdated or contain false positives. You are responsible for how you use the results.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Know Your Internet and its operators are not liable for any damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service or its results.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
