SSL/TLS Deep Inspector

Full certificate chain, trust and protocol analysis for any public host.

Performs a deep TLS inspection: walks the entire presented chain, verifies the hostname and the chain against public CAs, probes which TLS protocol versions are still accepted, checks for OCSP stapling, and classifies weak keys or broken signature algorithms with plain-language findings.

Full chain, hostname and trust verification, protocol support probing and OCSP staple detection. Public hosts only.

Privacy: Only publicly served TLS data is inspected. Results are cached briefly to avoid repeated handshakes.

Frequently asked questions

What is a certificate chain?

Servers usually present their leaf certificate plus intermediate CA certificates. If intermediates are missing, some clients fail to connect — this tool detects that.

Why does TLS 1.0/1.1 matter?

They were formally deprecated (RFC 8996) because of known weaknesses; compliance regimes like PCI DSS require disabling them.
